Just got a New MacBook Air and tried to sign into my podcasts but I keep getting the sign in window. I put in my user name and password (100% correct) but nothing happens except the sign in window returns. What can I do to fix this??

Congratulations on the new Mac! Are you using the Podcasts app that came with your Mac or a different app? If you're using the Podcasts app, are you able to get signed in to the App Store or the iCloud pane in System Preferences? If you're using a single Apple ID, they should all use the same credentials. Also, check to see if you can get signed into the iCloud webpage. Did you set up this Mac as new or did you restore from a backup of an old Mac?
Let's check to see if you can get signed in successfully in safe mode by following the steps in Start up your Mac in safe mode. If the same is true within safe mode, try in a new user account. Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac will walk you through creating one of those.
