Apps not working

hi there,

I have a question about a phone I recently purchased about 4 months ago.

recently, siri starts working and interrupts phone use regularly, calls hang up unexpectedly and my Spotify songs are skipping frequently when I use the app.

I updated phone phone on 2/12/2020 and I don’t think this is a problem with the app as often when this happens spontaneously Siri comes up on my phone?

it’s very disruptive and unsafe as I cannot make calls safely knowing that they will not hang up mid call.

Can you please provide some insight on this please?

Also I hope I selected the right SE model (it’s the newer one).
