for my new iphone 12 pro max, I understand that the the higher the power of a charger, the fastest it will charge. But which one is better for the health of the phone's battery? a 20w charger or a 30w charger?
which one should I buy?
Question 2: in my car I have a 18w charger. is it ok in general to charge the battery with tow different watt chargers? is it not going to damage the battery?

You can use any charger 20W or higher to fast charge your iPhone. A charger larger than 20W won't make a significant difference but won't do any harm either. And you can use different wattage chargers with no harm. The 20W charger is cheaper and smaller and most commonly used for new iPhones and is what I would buy.
