Apple Music Wrap for 2020

Hello all anyone have any idea why i can not get my 2020 wrap up?

After the subscription is renewed, none of the old playlists are displayed on the laptop (both in the application and in the browser). At the same time, everything on the phone remained as before. Apple Music Editor Please how can I reach an Apple Music Editor to get Editorial Placements? I have been trying to submit my music for for months now all to no avail, please does anyone know how to contact them?

the design, layout, colors, animations etc. my apple music feels very out dated when i look at other people’s apple music. the colors and lyrics the setup is just white and boring. When i look at any of my friends or families phones it looks so much better and i don’t know how to update my apple music

It appears that you're unable to listen to the songs you enjoyed for the past year with Apple Music Replay. You're met with a message that you haven't listened to enough music, and we're glad to help with this.

Apple Music Replay on the web - Apple Support -- There isn't any information on what's considered "enough", but the information in this article may help. Make sure you’re using the same Apple ID, and that "Use Listening History” is turned on. For your iOS device, you’ll find that setting under “Settings > Music”.
