Review??

Okay so I just got a new phone and made a new icloud because I forgot my password for my old one. Anyways, I’ve been trying to download an app but it says “This Apple ID has not yet been used in the ITunes Store.” So then, I try to put in my password to review my account. I put in the password correct but it’s shows me a black screen and tells me to review again. I don’t have a functioning laptop so I can’t really do anything.

We'd like to help with both issues, starting with forgetting your older Apple ID password. Check out: If you forgot your Apple ID password


Let's now take a look at the issue with your new Apple ID and downloading apps from the App Store by confirming the following:


  1. The first thing to do would be to make sure your login details are correct. Please test signing into the Apple ID management website here: Manage your Apple ID
  2. We also see you're using an iPhone 11 with iOS 14 installed. If you're not using a beta version, the latest official release is iOS 14.2 for your model. This link shows how to first back up, then update your iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  3. After checking the above details and the issue remains with your new Apple ID(if you wish to continue using it and not your older one after resetting the password), we recommend to Restart your iPhone.
