You gave me a link to AV adapter. I am looking for HDMI adapter, not AV. The one HDMI adapter which I found does not have good reviews, quote -"Picture is lesser quality than on an iPhone, and I have a 4K TV".

The adapter QuickTimeKirk provided is what Apple sells which will permit you to connect your own HDMI cable to the adapter, which goes into your iPhone via the Lightning port.
It outputs at 1080P, and you suggest you want one which outputs in 4K. Apple doesn't sell such an Adapter. I did see some on Amazon however and you will still need to supply your own HDMI cable to an Adapter, which then plugs into your iPhone.

to Lobster - new iPhone 12 has 2532 x 1170 resolution. Which is much better available Apple HDMI adapter allows currently - 1920x1080.
I did not read the reviews. I gave you an option. It's up to you to read the reviews. I'm not doing your research for you. I was trying to help. Which I am now not going to bother with.

And to tell you the truth - if I would answer someone's question I would not just post a link which I googled without checking it the product is really answer the question and requirements. You didn't say you researched anything on your own. You simply asked if Apple makes a 4K adapter with lightning connection.
You have a great day as well and I hope you find what you're looking for, but in reading QuickTimeKirk's replies to you, it appears what you want, even if you find the capability you are seeking may not provide any additional value for you.

Does your TV support Airplay?

Most modern TV's don't have a tuner so they are considered monitors, too.
What company made your display?
I tried it- does not display pictures in good resolution as I have on my iPhone
I do not have it yet. It would only make sense to buy 4K monitor if I would find Apple HDMI to 4K adapter
I use a 4K via HDMI for my Mac. No value sending a signal that is not 4K.
Best you could expect is 1080.
