Homewerks won’t connect

Same here! The iPhone 7 Plus has no problem to connect to the homewerk BT speaker but the iPhone 12 Pro Max failed to connect. I tried to disconnect all the devices and turn off/on my iPhone 12 Pro Max but it still can’t connect.

We are having a bathroom refinished and contractor suggested this light and we are stoked. It’s now installed and my daughter can connect with her 8 but I can’t connect with my 11 Pro. Now we have paid for a feature that I can’t use! Any update on a fix?

Having the exact same issue tonight. My sad got a new phone and I got my new phone recently and we are both unable to connect to the homework’s Bluetooth speaker! I love using it so I really hope they find a fix soon!! Super frustrating and it worked just fine with my iPhone 11

HAVE YOU HAD ANY LUCK ON CONNECTING? MINE DOESN'T RECOGNIZE THE HOMEWERKS. IT SHOWS UP ON DEVICES BUT THERE IS NO BLUE! POINT LIKE MY OTHER DEVICES

the fan worked fine with my iPhone 8

what did they tell you?

I was on the phone with apple tech with no luck. All my other devices connect fine. My wife’s I phone 12 won’t connect either.

I’m in the same boat. Worked just fine with my 10 and now the Pro Max gives me nothing. My JBl speakers nothing. EXTREMELY frustrating. Help Apple!

Any updates? I just had my Homewerk installed and it’s not twerking lol There is nothing showing up in my bluetooth list. I have a Iphone 11 pro max

Thank you I thought the Home Netwerks was defective. That’s an Apple issue.

Same issue - all other iPhones work, iPhone 12 never connects - hope apple fixes this soon!!

Regardless, at least they have figured out how to make things right.
