trade in lost in mail

I sent in my Iphone for a trade in and I received an email saying it hasn't been received. I no longer have my receipt from my new phone that got sent to me. So how do I go about looking up where the phone I wanted to do the trade in with is?

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

If you traded your phone in to Apple, you should be able to find information about your trade-in kit and the relevant tracking numbers in the orders section of your shopping bag (click the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner of this page.)
