iPhone 7 stuck in restart on logo

Tried the hard reboot but still no luck. I hooked the iPhone to a Mac, did the hard reboot and pressed update but the iPhone is exiting recovery mode before being updated. The problem is even you restart the above steps again the download starts back from zero. Internet is not very fast and it seems the file downloaded is big to last over the 15 min required for the iPhone to stay in recovery mode. Kindly advise if there is a way to download the file then install it on iPhone

We understand from your post that you have not been able to restore your iPhone because recovery mode times out before the software file has downloaded to Finder/iTunes. The software file should continue to download even if your iPhone has timed out of recovery mode. On the upper right side of Finder/iTunes you should see an arrow when the software file is downloading. Once the file has downloaded try putting your iPhone into recovery mode again and restoring it.
