Disable Hot Spot ability on child's phone

We see that you want to restrict the ability for your child's iPhone to create a personal hotspot, and we'd like to help!

Hotspot is a service offered by your wireless carrier. You'll need to contact your carrier, and they might be able to offer an option to disable hotspot for your child's device.

For other restrictions, you can use Screen Time for your child's iPhone: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Of all the updates that they do to these phones, and all of the parents begging for this capability, why did they remove the ability to restrict hotspot on our children's phones from earlier models? It is ridiculous that this isn't something that cannot be restricted with screentime. I would love to have an update that allows us to disable hotspot and data.
