WHAT is going on? Got a new iPhone 12 Max and Safari will not share with my iPad the websites on either?

Got a new Pro max. Safari will not share the websites between devices. Also my phone messages will not do anything but show on both my phone and my wife's at same time. We have two different phone numbers.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

ATT fixed the cellular issue. Also ot appears that none of the new iphones have the Safari share screen. My 2020 SE is same way.
