oh ok i'm currently got a issue with storage on my phone and trying my hardest figure out what happened after last tues night before i go over to verizon thurs with my appointment<-yes i know long wait
i don't know reason why i no longer see clean now button in storage that should come up when device mainteance is 97 or below on 95 haven't seen since in addition unnecessary data isn't showing at top in storage along with system user data available space<-those are only 2 things showing
is it what i did download cleaning free space apps try to free space or is it possible because older phone samsung kindof removed them in device mainteance magically because they wanted to or what
i'm conflicted because few times samsung chat like this past sun telling me yes nothing that i did, i'm a hurting need that clean now button back from tues night just watching that available space every day go down nothing to do about it
unless i might uninstall updates factory reset it in hopes those 2 things will appear again then download currently verizon apk don't auto update
because if samsung did removed it last weds then that what i have to do i don't know verizon can bring them back hate waiting until thurs
however i'm looking at future if i do get everything normal again will it last next week into christmas and new years i don't know
seems i'm forced into getting a new phone christmas due to what samsung prob done remove clean now button storage and i don't want to go every app that i have clear data that's nonesense and waste of time
i thought maybe iphone since everybody in family has it and i do already have apple account for my apple tv 4k but not sure since cannot do mp3's from s7 phone to iphone i used mostly mp3 ringstones btw
also i email the 9folder person who i used main email saying unable to transfer the license between platforms. it only works android
so not sure what to do if i get another samsung device i need to make sure that both storage button is still there device mainteance as well as unncessary data don't want to be in this same position that i'll been currently in since last weds
