Netflix pixelated when using hdmi yo lightning cable.

When I connect my new iPad to my tv via Hdmi to lightning cable, Netflix is pixelated/fuzzy. I tested it with my hotspot, and it’s not fuzzy. I’m limited on my hotspot data so I need to use cellular service and hdmi to lightening cable. I’m in a rural location without internet service

It only happens on this AppleTV. I have gigabit speed internet, I pay for the highest quality on Netflix and it doesn't occur on my Roku, Shield or Smartv or even my previous generation AppleTV. netflix quality on apple TV I have the TV and the apple TV4K (previous generation) connected to the same switch. Netflix directly on the TV using the android app: perfect Amazon/HBO on Apple TV: perfect Netflix on Apple TV: horrible, low quality, pixelization, blur, unwatchable Any ideas on how to fix this problem? ps: this may not happen with all titles but is very noticeable in titles such as "the sandman" or the "the power of the dog".

Hi there, I believe this is a built in feature of Netflix to prevent piracy (capture recording)
