How do I recover my manually loaded music or library on iTunes which has disappeared?

Restore it from your backup.

Things don't simply "disappear" from a computer.

Lost iTunes library (: Out of the blue I lost my iTunes library. I checked it is on the hard drive but no longer synced to iTunes. All my support searches inform me to select the sync library option in general but it is not there. I do not utilized iTunes Match or Apple Music. so that "support" is useless as well.

Try Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash - Apple Community.
