manually loaded lost itunes library

How do I recover my manually loaded music or library on iTunes which has disappeared?

Apple Music LIBRARY DISAPPEARED So Ive gotten a new phone recently and went to go and sync my iTunes library onto the new phone (all old school downloaded music that's been there my whole life) and have come to realise that my entire iTunes library has vanished into thin air and I cant find it anywhere on my Mac. Lost iTunes library (: Out of the blue I lost my iTunes library. I checked it is on the hard drive but no longer synced to iTunes. All my support searches inform me to select the sync library option in general but it is not there. I do not utilized iTunes Match or Apple Music. so that "support" is useless as well.

Try Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash - Apple Community.

Restore it from your backup.

Things don't simply "disappear" from a computer.
