When airpods are connected to my Windows 10, videos will not load

I have connected my AirPods Pro to my Windows 10 laptop. However, videos will not play. They will infinitely load. Youtube videos will not play. School videos for applications such as Panopto won't play. The built in video player on my computer won't play. I have made sure that it is connected by Bluetooth. I have tried disconnecting. I have tried "forgetting the device" methods. I have restarted my computer and I have cleaned my AirPods. I have done this before and it has worked, so I do not understand why it is now. Lastly, I did try using the troubleshoot program which will infinitely check for problems.
