Bluetooth devices freezing randomly for 15-20 seconds

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with my bluetooth devices freezing randomly for 15-20 seconds. This happened from time to time before the update to Big Sur 11.0.1, but now it happens 2-3 times a day which is quite disruptive to my workflow.

I have a Magic Keyboard and a Logitech MX Master 2s connected via Bluetooth all the time. Both are sitting on the same table next to Mac Mini, with no other devices with Bluetooth enabled in near vicinity.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
