Home Sharing Disconnects

I am running iTunes (ver 12.11) on a Windows10-Home machine connected via ethernet to an AppleTV (2nd Gen - version 7.6.1). I have verified everything is the latest software versions. My connection to Home Sharing will periodically drop (every 10 minutes) and advising me to "Turn On Home Sharing in iTunes". My Home Sharing is turned on, I am on the same network and under the same apple ID. If I turn off Home Sharing and back on again it usually connect, or if I just wait several minutes it reconnects on its own. Rebooting any of the hardware or using Wi-Fi instead of ethernet does not appear to have any impact. This is a relatively new problem and I don't recall if any software updates were conducted around the time this all began. Any suggestions?
