Do I need to change to chsh -s /bin/zsh

Help!!! A dialogue box popped up in my screen stating 'chsh -s /bin/zsh .... Do I really need to change to this? What is this really for?

Zsh update message I got this message popping up on my iMAC: "To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`. For more details, please visit https://support.apple.com/kb/HT208050." I have no idea what it means, what level of importance it holds or what to do about it. Is this something I need to be concerned about? If so, how do I deal with it. I'm just an end user not a computer engineer.

zsh why do I keep getting a command popup telling me the default interactive shell is not zsh?? It says to update my account, I need to run chsh -s /bin/zsh Will that screw things up on my computer?

You can ignore it. Refer to Use zsh as the default shell on your Mac - Apple Support.
