Zsh update message

I got this message popping up on my iMAC: "To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`. For more details, please visit https://support.apple.com/kb/HT208050." I have no idea what it means, what level of importance it holds or what to do about it. Is this something I need to be concerned about? If so, how do I deal with it. I'm just an end user not a computer engineer.
