I have two MacBook pros, but I can't get messages from one of our daughters on the newer MacBook Pro.
I looked at the settings on both laptops and there have the same settings, and the contacts are the same on both laptops. If anyone has any ideas on what to try, I would appreciate the help, thanks in advance.

Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having trouble receiving messages from one of your daughter’s. We can see how having this issue is a concern. You’re in the right place to get help. Is your daughter getting any sort of error message, when she tries to send you a message? Is your daughter able to receive your messages with no issues?

Thanks for your help, but I'm still having problems. I can't send a photo to her, but I can't send them to our son either. I guess the problem is they have Android phones. When I send a photo it shows can't deliver, but that's not a big deal. I guess we just have to tell them to get Apple products, Lol.
Like I said we can't get messages from our daughter on the newer MacBook Pro, but I do on the older MacBook Pro. We do get all her messages on the iPhone, well anyway I'll keep trying different things.
Thanks chuck_3rd, that did it, when I went into Text Message, my laptop wasn't turned on, problem solved, thanks again.
