I can't update my cellphone. Could this be due to my not having upgraded my computer to Catalina or now, Big Sur? I was told Geek Squad couldn't do it remotely, and each time I tried to take it to the Geek Squad - COVID issue and turn around time
I have tried to reset my password on my IPhone and it said I had not backed it up since October 30th. I don't have installed the new programs of Catalina and now Big Sur. I have the IPhone SE and have also gotten the message on it that there was interruption in service because of low battery - is how I translate it. Is my phone too old now and needs an upgrade, or are these computer adjustments the problem?
I have Geek Squad support and they said they couldn't upgrade to Catalina unless I brought the computer in - 1st time they wanted 10 days before they could complete the work, and the second time I attempted to take it in they were completely closed from taking it in because of COVID.
I would appreciate any insights you may have.
I did manage to reset my Password on the IPhone, but I still worry about the overall battery situation and the message the IPhone has interruption because it has not been backed up since October 30th.
Thank you very much,
