how to connect apple tv with no remote

Hi,

I had been using the Apple Tv for some time. Since I use iPhone and iPad to I dropped using the remote as the app was better, always at hand and charged.

I moved the house recently and cannot remember where the remote is.

The apple tv does not recognize the WiFi in the new place, and therefore is not visible for remote controller apps on both iPhone and tablet.

Can I configure the equipment in the new place not having the remote?

The remote app requires it to be on the same network as the Apple TV, and you would need that physical remote in order to setup the Apple TV on the new network. The workaround would be to restore the unit via computer and then use a BT keyboard during setup.
