Mail: cannot find “All Inboxes“

I probably changed something in Mail that I did not want to.

Before on top was “All Inboxes“ and below that:

Ron Inbox

Google Inbox

i Cloud Inbox

No there comes Ron Inbox,

Drafts

Sent

Junk

Bin

and then comes Google Inbox

Drafts

Sent

Junk

Bin

and the same for iCloud. How can I get the order back?

Mail randomly displaying sent items in inbox Hello, Since upgrading to a Mac Book pro to an M1 running MacOS Ventura, Apple mail is displaying sent items in the inbox. It does not matter if I have show related enabled or not. Sometime the sent item is just there out of date sort order. I mean that a sent message from 12/14/2022 will show above messages in in the inbox from the 16th. Also, the message knows it is already in the sent items folder because it says so when displaying the mailbox column in the inbox. I cannot drag and drop back to sent items but can move to any other folder. As a work around I've archiving these random messages showing in my inbox from sent items so they do not come back. But new ones keep showing up. I tried to open a ticket and support was trying to get me to delete my POP3 mailbox. This would clear all my mail too. I cannot do that. It's like the inbox is acting like a smart mailbox that is not so smart since it showing sent items too. Any thoughts?

The content of my emails disappears after minutes, then reappears minutes later. I think that my emails have begun to be stored externally and not locally. How do I turn off this problem? The email notice is still visible but the message and attachments go away for minutes at a time. In all mailboxes [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Sent mails showing in iCloud Mail Inbox, but only on Mac Mail I have iCloud mail with a custom domain. I read/send mail on Mac, iPhone and iPad, and once/while on icloud.com - and everything usually syncs fine. But a couple of times a month, Mac Mail decides to show COPIES of my most recent 2-3 Sent emails (but no more) in my Mac Mail INBOX. Often the emails were sent a few days/week ago - but then all of a sudden a few just show up in Mac Mail Inbox. This am (12/4), an email sent on 11/29 just showed up in Inbox. It wasn't there yesterday. No I did not BCC, and it is only the last 1-3 Sent emails, not the entire Sent folder. I've checked Mail Preferences and View/folder settings, and nothing I've changed fixes it. FYI, they also are not showing on iPhone/iPad/iCloud Inbox, only Mac Mail Inbox, so iCloud seems to be synching fine. So that tells me it's a Mail display bug? 2020 M1 Air, Ventura 13.0.1, Mail 16.0

Thanks that worked!!! I had to drag my current "All Inboxes" button off the toolbar to delete it. Then remake it via Favorites.

Hover your mouse over Favorites and click the plus button. Then select All Inboxes.
