AirPods Pro don't charge unless plugged in.

When I put the AirPods Pro into the charging case, they don't charge. They do start charging when the case is plugged in to the wall (but not my computer) with a USB-C cable. When plugged in, the case shows that it is fully charged, but doesn't charge the AirPods when it is unplugged.

Here is a screenshot right after leaving the AirPods in the case overnight and then connecting it to the charger. You can see that the case was always charged, but the AirPods were dead.

At first I thought it was a battery problem, but the AirPods do still hold a charge for a few hours. The case also is showing full or near full charge all the time.
