BootCamp not working of El Capitan

I have done a lot of stuff and when I go to install windows it gives me an error saying not enough space on your usb. So I manually install the files and then I can install Windows disk. It them creates a blank disk with the amount of gigabytes i wanted but no files. When I restart and hold down the option key to go to Windows it says no bootable usb found press a key and try again. I don't know how to fix this. Please help.

My usb says version 1.27 and it says up to 480mbps. It is a SanDisk Cruiser.

You can try to find an older ISO (W10 1809 or older). The installation may not work on El Capitan, since the problem started with High Sierra.

I think that may be the problem. I have a mid 2007 IMac. It has a disk drive so maybe I need to make the usb look like a disk. What do you think.
