I ordered the new MacBook Air on 12/1 & the status finally moved from ‘processing’ to ‘preparing to ship’ after 10 days. Just curious how long it usually sits in the preparing to ship status for shipment to USA with COVID delays?

ordered new m1 macbook pro not customized on friday and its processing still. has the order been accepted because its not pending on my bank account. theres no sign of a transaction on online banking. I have received email with estimated delivery dates and order details
Thank you. But do you think there are chances of receiving the laptop by tomorrow - tomorrow is the last date of expected delivery and the order still shows processing:((( i have called apple several times - they have not been helpful - they dont know anything.
do you think there are chances that laptop might be shipped today - if not , ill cancel

If you haven't heard. there is a global pandemic and California has
been hit particularly hard recently. Patience.
As a matter of fact, it is so bad in California that Apple announced
that they are closing all Apple Stores there.
actually i am leaving for india on 23rd -i ordered it cosi thought apple will deliver within time- placed the order on 6th dec and it is 21st now- still processing :((
thats why i am not sure if apple will be able to deliver by tomorrow when it has not even shipped.

When Apple ships the item, they will send you an email with an anticipated arrival date, and tracking information. Also at that time they will charge your method of payment.
Sorry, as another Apple product user, I could not guess as to when it might arrive.
is there any way I can ask apple to speed up the process -delivery address in in Ocoee Florida - dont know why its so delayed
Mine changed to Preparing to Ship and was in my hands three days later (shipped FedEx overnight).
If you won’t be able to receive it, you should cancel the order while you can.
