Spam email addresses showing in autofill

Bit of a strange one - I have recently noticed two strange email addresses coming up in autofill as I begin to type my email address.

Upon looking into it, I’ve noticed they seem to be from a spam email from a contact named a-li******* which is the beginning of my email address. When you click on the sender info, lo and behold you find the email address for the mystery sender is one of the two strange autofill email addresses. Same story with the second. Any suggestion as to how to get rid of this? Even after deleting the email it still shows. My iPhone seems to think this is an alternative address for myself since the sender is using the beginning of my address.

sorry for the novel!

*figured I better censor all emails despite the face they’re spam senders.

Hello MichaelScarn1,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. We understand wanting to remove those from autofilling. We'll do what we can to help.

Make sure your contact card has the correct information in the Contacts app.

If you need to, delete the erroneous contact card completely from the Contacts app then restart the iPhone and try again.

Thanks, and enjoy your day!
