can't update my ipad pro 2018, I purchased this on ebay from a lady, She restored it and I traveled to deferent country, The iPadPro is verizion & had a sim card when I received it, I am thinking maybe it is still locked by verizon?? How can I solve it??

Are you trying to connect this device to wi-fi, or cellular data/ What happens when you try to update it? If you are seeing an error, what is the exact message? Unless you are trying to insert a SIM into the iPad to use it with cellular data, it won't matter. The iPads are not locked to carriers, you can use other SIMs in them.
Finally worked after doing some searches online.
Had to stop iPad face unlock, remove auto lock & password.
