Battery Health Dropped and camera issue

My iphone xs’s battery health dropped to 92% in 6 months is it normal?

and my iphone’s camera is a bit pixelated and the quality is not that fine as other iphone xs what sort of issue it might be?

It is normal for the battery to lose 1-2% every month based on usage. It appears that you are in the normal range. As long as you are above 80% then your battery is considered to be healthy.
