You cannot use Minitool on a Mac. Minitool is only meant to be used with non-Apple PCs.


When using macOS you only want to use the macOS tools such as Disk Utility and Boot Camp Assistant. If you have Windows installed, then you need to use Boot Camp Assistant to create & reclaim the partition space used for Windows. I don't use Boot Camp, but I believe you cannot resize the partitions since I believe it would break Windows since the Windows bootloader won't be able to find the Windows system files. You should erase your whole physical drive and reinstall macOS, then use Boot Camp Assistant to resize the partition so you can reinstall Windows:

This is why I recommend people use a Virtual Machine instead of partitioning the main boot drive for dual booting since people almost always choose the wrong partition sizes intially.
