Medical ID viewing on Locked Screen

I have my Medical ID filled out, and Emergency Access is enabled but "Emergency" no longer appears on the locked screen. How can I correct this?

In the older versions of iOS the lock screen had an easy to see icon to access the important medical information stored in your Health app. No login was needed to access the information. However iOS 14 appears to have removed this feature - there is no Health, Emergency, or Medical ID on the lock screen. I can only access this by first logging in. If I am unconscious with blood streaming down my face FaceID isn't much help and with no other information isn't it true that Apple have now made our lives more dangerous by removing the emergency data access option?

Lock Screen doesn't show "Emergency" for Medical ID My Lock Screen doesn't show "Emergency" so the only way for someone to get my Medical ID content is to press and hold a couple of side buttons simultaneously. Is there a way to put the "Emergency" option back onto the Lock Screen? Right now, it has only icons for the flashlight and the camera. TIA, Mark iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13.4

You can adjust this by entering the settings, then screen settings, and there are more options that help you solve the problem

Thank you - I don't seem to have any setting called Screen Settings though.
