I received the Fre case for my phone 2 days ago and it isn't a very good fit, when it is put onto the phone the clear plastic screen part of the case isn't close to the phone screen at all, and makes the phone pretty much unusable, face id won't work, anyone else having same problems with this case.

I wonder what the dots are supposed to do? For those who have done this, is it obvious the case is still waterproof? Thanks!
Sorry should have made it clearer, I’m not having any sound issues. Some posts suggest that they are getting poor sound quality after removing the dots....not me

Did you run the case under water first before putting it in your phone?
I have the same issue. There are two points at the top front of the case holding the clear plastic away from the screen. I'm assuming this distorts the camera's view.?. I thought about trying to cut those points off, but for $90 I shouldn't have to do that. I kind of want to return the case; why isn't the company responding to this issue?
Yes I am having the same issue with the Face ID it is unusable. The knob covers the camera.
Either rub them with the cloth that came with the case or pick at them with your fingernail first.
I was having the same issues so I removed those two dots with my finger nail cleaned the inside of the screen and no longer have the issues. Face ID is now working.

I came here, read these comments. Tried it myself and it worked!! Remove the 2 dots. Super easy!
Fixed it by rubbing gently with my finger I removed the two little nibs and the glue .
