trade in refund

Apple received my trade in iPhone, everything check out. Have not received credit on my Credit Card. Help please. thank you.

I got credit instead of refund to original payment for trade-in I bought a new iPhone 15 with trade in. I used my Apple credit card to buy it. The trade in evaluation finished within the time frame and I've got an email saying the value will be refunded to the original payment. However, I've got credit instead of the refund. Please help me out to get the refund.

Charged for iPhone trade in instead of refund I traded in an iPhone 11 when I bought my new iPhone a few weeks ago. I sent in my iPhone 11 and got a confirmation email saying that they received the iPhone and will be sending me $212 for the trade in. My credit card says I was charged $212, so I contacted support who told me I was “refunded” and sent me the invoice where it says I was actually CHARGED $212. I asked them why it says I was charged and not refunded, they basically said idk and couldn’t help me - they said contact my bank. im extremely frustrated here because I wouldn’t have traded In my iPhone to pay an extra $212 for this whole ordeal.

There are no Apple employees in this forum, only users of Apple products. It probraly take awhile before credit appears in your credit card account. Click “Contact Support” in upper right corner of this forum for help.
