Apple TV 3G - Use as a HomeKit Hub ?

I am trying to get my Apple TV 3G (A1427) function as a HomeKit Hub strictly for the purpose of remote Access. It used to show up in my Home app as "disabled". I logged That Apple TV out of my iCloud account, then logged back in. Now it doesn't show up at all.

I have disconnected my Apple TV G and my 2 HomePods so that this ATC 3G should be the only device available to my Home as a hub (plus the iPads in the house).

How do I get this thing to show up as an available hub ?

I believe that model might have been discontinued as being used as a Home Hub. You will need Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD
