FaceTime lag with iPhone 12

Same issue. What the FUCK!

I have this problem with my iPhone SE. It started after the last update to IOS 14.3. It's gotten so bad that it's unusable. I have to hang up and call the person back from my computer. Is there anyone we can contact about this? I see that no one from Apple has replied here.

Same thing. I noticed it happens on mine when running low on battery. The phone gets hot and the FaceTime call starts lagging me on my end. Person I’m in the phone with also sees me lagging about. Pretty frustrating as this is a pretty expensive phone. (iPhone 12 Pro Max)

I just traded my Xs for the 12 pro and have the same issues. I know there is also a known issue with audio interruption in general that’s supposed to be fixed with the next iOS release. So frustrating!

I got an iPhone 12 2 weeks ago and mines doing it too. It’s absolutely ridiculously! New model, and the basic function of FaceTime isn’t working properly?!

I’ve been using my iPad Air which is 7yr old and running and old version of iOS because that is more reliable than the brand new phone.

Its really frustrating that a £1000 phone is having these issues.

Mine only does it on my 12 I have both the 12 and the 11.

OMG me too. Never had these issues with my iPhone 8! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

very cool to spend almost a months rent on a phone that lags out when doing a basic function

This is happening to me too- my boyfriend sees me lagging too on his end. Its so frustrating. I have iPhone 12 Pro Max as well..
