Unable to enable wifi calling

My phone carrier is Rogers. When I go to Cellular -> Wi-Fi Calling -> and swap the Wi-fi calling on this Iphone to green, I get a pop-up message box that says : Enable Wi-Fi calling? When I click Enable, I get the terms and conditions of the carrier. The "j'accepte" button does not work ! It says erreur de serveur inconnu! My husband is able to set it up on his iphone (we use the same carrier). And yes, I do have the latest settings update. I have a IPhone 7. Has anyone had the same issue? Thanks

iPhone 7, iOS 13

You need to call the carrier and have them provision your phone’s account for Wi-Fi calling.
