Z and Y remain places switched after I switch from German to other languages! what should I do? thanks

I type German, English and Chinese. After I type German (with QWERTZ layout) and switched keyboard input language back to English or Chinese, sometimes the keyboard layout remain QWERTZ even though it is already outputting Chinese..

is that a bug? that can be kind of annoying. what can I do with it?

Default behavior in MacOS is for Chinese pinyin input to follow the mapping of the last used Latin keyboard. So if you switch from German to Chinese it will be qwertz and if you switch from English to Chinese it will be qwerty.

There is box you can uncheck to make it always qwerty
