BRAND new bluetooth keyboard gave up today, barely three months old. Do these things run on batteries? If so how to change them? Blow-torch, crow bar, small explosive device?

hi if you have new version on keyboard it has rechargable batteries on the top of keyboard will be lightning port. In charging port plug in iphone cable and let it charge for 1 hour. If bluethooth connection is not working press shift and option key and it will reset keyboard to pairing mode. Then it should work
I guess that's why they call it a Magic Keyboard.
