AirPods Pro Case Charging Issue

Why does my AirPods Pro Case charge really really slow? It went from 10% to 15% in 1 hour.

airpods pro case showing 0% when I updated my AirPods to 5B58 and everything I use it it shows 0% for the case when I put it back in it shows it’s real charged percentage. It doesn’t effect the use but it is really irritating because I have to put my AirPods in my case each time to see it’s percentage of the case

AirPods Case Charge Shown As 0% After iOS 16.2 Update I recently updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 16.2, then i noticed that the battery status of the case of the AirPods 3 in Smart Stack widget is shown as 0% no matter how much i charged the case at. There’s no issue about the battery because it both charges and shown in widget as charging status, also it used to be working as expected in older iOS versions. Do you have this issue too?

Airpods Pro 2nd gen case battery drain Hello everyone, I have recently got AirPods pro 2nd generation and I believe I am experiencing case battery drain issues to some extent. I used the AirPods without ANC and listened to music for 2 hours and realized that the case dropped from 85% to 72% to charge the AirPods from 95% to 100%. With this pace, I can never reach the advertised 30 hours of play time even without ANC. Interestingly, it seems like the case is not losing much battery when it is in idle mode, so not being used. Is this normal behavior or do you think there is smt wrong with my AirPods?

We understand you're having problems charging your AirPods Pro case, and we're here to help. To clarify, are you using a cable to charge the case or a wireless charging pad? Also, can you let us know what power source you're using for the charger? This will help us better determine the problem.
