Mac mini serial number

When trying to get Apple help, the serial number from About This Mac is called wrong!

Capital O and 0 are easy to confuse.

Also check the serial # on the bottom of the Mac Mini to see if it matches.

Copied from "About This Mac:". Double checked. Now told phone support,expired but cannot contact without serial no. Thank you
