Can’t set the ringtone that I bought from iTune store on iPhone 12

I just bought the tones from iTunes Store

but it don’t seem to be appear on my ringtone menu on sound and haptics setting already check the purchase history and re download it for a couple of time after that I sign in and sign out from Apple ID and restart my phone

now the song is downloaded but it still won’t appear in ringtone
