Move data from one apple ID to anothe apple ID

93 yr old Mom's iPad has used my apple ID for past 13 years; it was set up that way because I'm remote from her and she couldn't manage the upgrades, etc. Her iPad data (contacts and email) is not backed up on iCloud currently. I'm getting her a new iPad and want to set it up under her apple ID which her iPhone is on, and back up on her iCloud account. How can I get the data from her old iPad under my apple ID moved to her new iPad?
