Icloud, Maildrop behaviors

Hello,

My question may seem odd. I have some end users who swear that when they send an email via Maildrop that when others receive it they were able to click a link and preview the file vs just downloading it. everything i see and i mean everything ive found so far state its a DL and that's it.

am i crazy?
