Dual Dell 4K Monitors on M1 Mac mini

How can I connect 2 units of the Dell P2715Q 4K Monitors on a M1 Mac mini?

I'm positive the DisplayPort to USBC cable will work at 4K resolution 60Hz, but will the HDMI 2.0 port of the M1 Mac Mini work with the HDMI 1.4 (MHL) port of the monitor at 4K resolution 60Hz?

Or is there an HDMI 2.0 to DisplayPort cable I should use?

Can the Mac mini m1 have two displays with 1 being vertical? I will connect my BenQ monitor(https://www.benq.com/en-me/monitor/stylish/gw2283-22-inch.html) via hdmi and my Dell(https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/dell-24-monitor-p2419h/apd/210-aqdx/monitors-monitor-accessories#support_section) as a second monitor vertically.
