Safari doesnt use proxy

When I am using 'Auto Proxy Discovery' in the Network tab in the OSX settings, Chrome and FireFox are working fine with this proxy and I can access sites available only when using this proxy. However, Safari doesn't work at all, I cannot access nor internet nor restricted sites. Any idea how can I make Safari to use the proxy correctly?

I have auto proxy settings enabled and the configuration is pushed via WPAD. This issue is clearly Safari related because other browsers works fine. It is like current version of Safari doesn't utilize proxy that system is providing. Both FireFox and Chrome are set to take the proxy from the system settings. As for the websites, nothing works. Nor google, nor internal sites. These sites works fine on Safari if I use different method. So, again, clearly the issue is somewhere in the Safari proxy handling itself. But still thanks!
