iCloudNotificationAgent high CPU usage

This evening I updated my Mac Mini M1 to Big Sur 11.1. After the update, I received a Panic Media Boot error message:



I still don't know what caused that but as I was looking at the Activity Monitor, I noticed that "iCloudNotificationAgent" is consistently using 90%+ of the CPU. I'm not sure what this is and was wondering if this is normal. Could this have caused my panic media boot error? Thanks!
