FaceTime and video conference is blurry
when on a video conference or on FaceTime my image is really blurry, as if the resolution is wrong. Also, on the opening screen, my image is too large and is blurry.

Just to confirm, you are seeing the issue on the desktop image as well as using video conferencing? If so, use the steps here to see if you have anything set to zoom in Accessibility Settings:
