iPhone 12 PRO crashing when taking a picture

Hi,

I purchased a new iPhone 12 pro 2 months ago. From the first week I noticed that the camera app crashed after taking a picture. The problem didn't happen with every shot, on average once every 10 pictures taken.

This is what happens:

• I open the camera app
• As soon as I click on the shutter button the iPhone crashes. I see a black screen with a rotating gear for 2 seconds and then the lock screen.

The issue happened in many different circumstances for example when I opened the camera app from the lockscreen, when I was normally using the phone and wanted to take a picture, even when during a phone call (that the phone ended as soon as I saw the black screen).

I already contacted the customer service by Phone and they made me restore the iPhone without restoring any backup and, this wee, they made me update to iOS 14.3 but today I experienced again the same problem.

Did someone experienced the same problem?
