Accidentally moved all inboxed emails to junk and now they have all dissappeared.

Hi,

The other day I accidentally selected all my emails in my inbox and went to mark them as read, instead of clicking mark as read I selected move to junk. All my emails started to disappear and I lost about 5000, which are all my most recent emails. I have looked online at other forums and have been unsuccessful in finding a fix. I have since checked my junk inbox, my archive mailbox and even my trash inbox. Below I have attached a picture of my junk inbox which only now shows current emails that have come in the past 24 hours, also all senders have been marked as junk as well so no emails come straight through to my email. Is there any way to undo/recover these lost emails as I am not sure where to go from here.
