I have ordered many times for iphone 11 as christmas gift for my brother but it status only cancelled. And today my account balance is disabled. What problem here? They cancelled the order without reason and now my money is lost!

I did everything follow the notice on the screen but they end the call without solution. I’m so sad and lost my money
Since we are all users on this user to user only forum, why don't you do what the message suggests and call Apple at the number provided? We don't know you or have any knowledge of your order or what happened with your order.
If you didn't what you ordered from Apple, you didn't get charged or lose any money. Check with your credit card company. Apple doesn't actually charge your card until the product is preparing to ship.
I call for 2 hours, to 4-5 people but they end the phone and no solutions here!
